Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, holidays, natural events).

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within India/domestic market.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over ₹1000.

  • Any additional duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or internationally at this time.

  • Orders containing items that cannot be shipped to your location will be cancelled and refunded.

Delays & Service Interruptions

  • While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier issues, etc.).

  • We will notify you by email if your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.
